I won't resign as GHANA coach- Kwesi Appiah

James Kwesi Appiah- Black Stars coach

Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah has ruled out resigning as Black Stars head coach considering the compensation clause in his contract.
After a disappointing first round exit from the World Cup and Saturday's 1-1 draw against Uganda in 2015AFCON, many have called on the 56-year-old trainer to resign from his post But he says he has not considered the idea as he does not want to pay the Ghana Football Association the compensation clause in his contract.
“I will not resign because if I do I have to pay the FA [compensation]. I haven’t thought of resigning,” he said.
Kwesi Appiah has been criticized by some Ghanaians of his tactics, being "one way". Though he has receive training from Manchester City and Liverpool technical team but has not lived up to expectation in failing to win the 2013 AFCON hosted in South Africa and the abysmal performance at the just ended 2014 FIFA World Cup.
